An iPhone case should match the exact model—not only the family name or screen size. Before ordering, open Settings, go to General, then About, and check the model name shown on your phone. Choose that same model on the ORD.CAP product page.
How to check which iPhone you have
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap General.
- Tap About.
- Find Model Name.

Why the exact model matters
Two phones can have similar names or screen sizes and still use different case dimensions. The camera area, buttons, ports, and body shape need to match the case made for that exact device.
Do not substitute a nearby model simply because the screen size sounds similar. For example, choose an iPhone 16 Pro case only when the model name on your phone says iPhone 16 Pro.

What if I choose the wrong model?
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery if the case is unused, undamaged, returned in its original packaging, and meets the other conditions in our Returns & Exchanges policy.
For a change of mind or an incorrectly selected phone model, return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Checking the exact model before ordering is the easiest way to avoid that cost.

Can I use an iPhone 16 Pro case on an iPhone 16?
Choose the exact model listed on your phone. ORD.CAP does not recommend substituting a different model.
Does every design come in every listed model?
