MADE TO ORDER
Each ORD.CAP case is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for dispatch. This production time is separate from transit time.
DELIVERY AND TRACKING
All orders are sent with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can follow its progress.
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Customs processing, local carrier delays, severe weather and peak periods may occasionally add time. We do not currently promise a fixed transit window.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship to the countries and regions available in the country selector and at checkout. Applicable taxes and duties may be included in the product price or displayed at checkout according to the destination.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please check your shipping address before completing your order. If an address needs to be corrected, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or been dispatched, we may not be able to update it.
LOST, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your parcel arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to be lost in transit, email ordcap.support@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs where relevant.
